Philip Tymon

Philip Tymon is the Administrative Director of OAEC. He is also the General Manager of our new community radio station, KOWS 107.3 . He has been the General Manager of two public radio stations, WBAI in New York City and KZYX in Philo, CA. He was previously the Executive Director of the Nuclear Information and Resource Service in Washington, DC. Philip occasionally teaches mass media and First Amendment issues at San Francisco and Sonoma State universities, is Chair of the Russian River Community Trust Advisory Committee, on the board of the Jewish Community Free Clinic, and an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
