s'Cool Food Initiative
In 2009,
a team from s'Cool Food Initiative in Santa Barbara participated in the
OAEC training. This team is currently serving 16 schools with plans to
expand district wide to over 100 schools. The goal of this project,
funded by the Orfalea Foundation, is to create a community of healthy
children across Santa Barbara County that make educated food choices. www.scoolfood.org/welcome
